Al Adamsen

Al Adamsen (@aladamsen) is a globally recognized thought leader, advisor, and educator in the areas of Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning & Analytics, Talent Measurement, and Organizational Change. He’s the Founder & Executive Director of the Talent Strategy Institute (TSI), a global association committed to expanding the production and use of meaningful workforce insight. Before founding TSI, Al held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Gap Inc., Infohrm (now SuccessFactors/SAP), and Kenexa (now IBM). Over his career he’s served clients such as Disney, Starbucks, Boeing, Comcast, Heinz, Mayo Clinic, Stanford University, among many others. He and his content have been featured in HRE Online, Talent Management Magazine, IHRIM Magazine, among others. He’s also a frequent keynote speaker, and author of the Talent Assessment & Development (TAD) Framework, an innovative approach to aligning job design, individual development, supervisor assessment, total rewards, and recruitment. In addition to his career pursuits, Al is also a long-standing trainer with the Positive Coaching Alliance, board member of the Character Combine, and honored father of two outstanding young people.

Jonathan Ferrar

Jonathan Ferrar (@jaferrar) is a globally-respected author, speaker and advisor in HR Strategy & Analytics. Based in the UK, he specialises in helping HR leaders improve analytical practices for decision-making by building skills, methodologies and technologies in Workforce Analytics. He is highly sought after as a speaker for conferences and clients.

He was listed as one of the global “Top HR Analytics Influencers” on LinkedIn in 2014, as one of the global “HR and People Analytics Experts to Follow” by Jibe in 2016, and as one of the "20 Experts in People Analytics" by Sage in 2017. 

Jonathan is the Co-Author of the book “The Power of People: Learn How Successful Organisations use Workforce Analytics to Improve Business Performance” (Pearson FT Press, May 2017). 

With 25 years of corporate expertise (IBM, Andersen Consulting, Lloyds Bank) and having lived in New York and London, Jonathan works with organizations and leaders globally.

Chris Broderick

Chris Broderick (@broderick_chris) specializes in employee experience design, culture change, social analytics, and employee engagement.  Her expertise was developed during a 14+ year stint at IBM where she held numerous positions including leadership roles in workforce analytics, consulting, and organizational change.  Since then she's emerged as a powerful advocate for the responsible use of people data, having formed B. Near Global to help build cultures of trust, optimism, and conscious decision-making.  Her mission is to help both people and organizations use data responsibly for their mutual success.  Services include:

- Collaboration to help identify and document an organization's people strategy
- Diverse methods to measure an organization's culture and the behaviors driving it
- Administer continuous listening practices for more open and productive work environments
- Helps formulate a data strategy to enable the ongoing growth and development of employees as well as the organization they serve.

Chris is also a frequent conference speaker, highly sought after consultant and advisor, as well as a proven educator, having served as an Adjunct Professor at Purdue University's Krannert School of Management.  Chris is based in Chicago and works with clients throughout North America.
